Returns & Exchanges

 

We want you to love your piece. If it’s not quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery with free return shipping.

A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

To start a return, please visit “Track Your Order” and log in with your email to submit your return request. If you have trouble accessing your order, contact us at hello@houseofjuliora.com for assistance. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and simple instructions.

Exchanges are handled as returns. Once your return is approved, you’re welcome to place a new order for the item you love.

 

Damages & Order Issues

Please take a moment to inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not quite right, reach out to us right away and we will take care of it.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized pieces, and items that have been worn or altered are not eligible for return.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and approve your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Timing may vary slightly depending on your bank.
